Both are excellent actors, my choice though is Pacino. I do believe De Niro has found a sort of second career doing some comedies and stuff and Pacino has sort of disappeared or just yelled through is recent movies. Still Pacino's early work was incredible. I feel Pacino is more charismatic, when he is on the screen he demands attention while De Niro is more subtle. In the end its mostly about Scarface which I feel is one of the finest acting performances ever.

This is so idiotic. I dont care what happened in some fantasy comic. If Superman ever wanted to kill Batman he would do so before Batman knew he was even being killed. Superman could kill Batman from space. He moves at the speed of light, Batman wont know what hit him.
Batman has beaten up Superman a couple times with the help of Kryptonite. However, it's usually noted after the fight that Superman was holding back because "deep down he's a good person." And that my friends is why Super-man is a douchebag. Because deep down he's a good person.

Batman outfoxed Superman. Yeah if it was toe to toe, Superman would cream him.
But Superman moves faster than a speeding bullet, that is speed of sound, light is faster and the Silver Surfer moves so fast it's considered teleportation. He could run rings around Superman whilst delivering furious groin punches.
Thanos vs Darkside
Both characters created by Jack Kirby I believe.
Superman moves at the speed of light, that is just a saying, he made the earth rotate backwards by flying around it.
I dont know much about Darksied, so I go with Marvel, Thanos.

The Dark Knight Returns is cannon? So Batman kills the joker? Its a separete tale, if it was canon then we would know the end of Batman, all current storylines would mean nothing.
If Superman ever wanted to kill Batman he could, he never wants to.
Batman did beat up Superman in Hush Vol 1. He he had a whole system in place for systematically smacking him around. So even taking Dark Knight returns out of it, it is cannon.

And if Batman wanted to kill Superman, he would have shoved kryptonite in his mouth. He had the chance to, but he never did. But who cares, this is Batman we are talking about. There are plenty of superheroes, with actual superpowers, that would totally wreck Superman. Goku for one.
Oh and in the Thanos vs. Darkseid battle, I like Thanos more as a character, but if it were a fight Darkseid would wins. But when Thanos had the Infinity Gauntlet he used it to make the perfect woman, so you got to give him credit for that.

It was pretty cool at the end of Justice League when Superman unleashed his full power on Darkside. But that series also had Flash defeating Brainiac and Luthor by vibration
