We're all glad to see when new members join (or old members return). The desire to expand is far greater than the concern for dysfunction. Recruitment, however, is one area in which my hand is not in the pot.

I'm apart of almost everything here, but trying to drag others in isn't one of them. I suppose hand in the pocket would have been more of a correct use of metaphor.

The only advertising I have done for this site is by using the official VG Press signature on other websites. I have it on Gamespot, but it's no longer showing up on that site for some reason. I can see it in my settings, but not in my posts; I just get a simple link instead. Maybe GS doesn't like competition, and has banned the sig? 
Maybe message quality posters from other forums to try and come here? I've done it at Gaf and got one person to come, but he hasn't posted yet.

That being said is there any interest in further expanding the site by inviting new members? I remember doing so when the site first started and it wasn't as fruitful as I hoped. Still pulling in 2 people out of the 20 I asked is still more than 0. So does anybody have any ideas on we can advertise and pull in more users?
