This one is tough because capcom is known for two very different genres fighting and action. There isn't really a game that does both. I like capcom more for their action adventure games so I am going to stick with that. I think for capcom it has to be a sequel, most likely one with multiple version. There is usually great action, great bosses, colorful characters. I might go with DMC3 Special Edition, it's capcom over the top action at their finest and it has the SE.

Beautiful, trend setter, highlights how much capcom likes to use n abuse rereleasing the same game, relatively deep gameplay, and its slightly racist. If it had bad voice acting, it be Capcom in its purest form.
Alternatively, Street Fighter V and its DLC?
