Well to be honest 2 was likely a side effect of 1 & 3.
I mostly watch them for Milla, and for Ali now too.

Ali Larter was smoking in this movie. The only thing slow motion was good for was her standing chest out while water poured over her.
When I read Ali I immediately hoped it would be Ali G. That could make the RE films awesome!

Going by Resident Evil I don't think Anderson is anywhere near one of the worst. He's not very good, though. I'd say decidedly mediocre and he knows it.
As for Uwe Boll I haven't seen a film by him, but Postal sounds good.
Maybe I'm being too harsh. But you guys are right, Paul WS Anderson isn't very good but he's not in the worst category. There are so many worse directors out there so he should get some credit.

Paul W.S. Anderson accidentally made the best video game movie in Mortal Kombat, so I give him some credit. Then he made one of the worst in MK2.
