Yeah, but, I nipped and tucked that section of the podcast. In the final version of the podcast I have no problems with the site.  Ahh... editing, got to love it. I wish I could do that in real life.

1:34:50 is where it starts.

Just listened to the Deadpool segment.  New rule: no more discussing comic book licensed games unless I'm there to explain and clarify (Batman is still an exception).

I don't really think 2012 has seen a real jump in quality compared to previous years. Even if you are one of those confused people and bought the hype that Journey was a good game, its tough to names more than maybe a dozen standout downloadable titles. That's right in line with how its been since 2008. The lack of big releases just focus a little more attention on them.

Oh and I hate Ico too. Some of my finest jokes on internet game forums have been about Ico.

Yeah, I thought when Foolz included that story into the news stack that he might actually know what it was about LOL

It was the funniest part of the show though, hearing him scramble.

It was still thoroughly entertained during the segment, but the comic book fanboy inside me was raging even though I'm not really even a fan of Deadpool.

Oh I almost forgot I wanted to share my thoughts on the Deadpool and Hit Monkey games since they were both mentioned. Since they are both developed by High Moon I have a feeling that Hit Monkey will be a downloadable title that sets up or compliments the Deadpool game. Hit Monkey has only had a couple appearances and actually debuted in a Deadpool comic a few years ago when he was hired to kill Deadpool.  So it would make sense to have the connected.

Now it kinda sounds like the Hitmonkey "game" is actually the Deadpool game and Hit Monkey will be in it. Makes a lot more sense than two games from such a tiny developer.

Another great one guys. One thing NPD is monthly, japan is weekly, so the sales are actually similar.

Great talk on Rayman. I totally skipped the killzone 2 section. Trine talk is awesome.
