I love both to death and I have no problems saying that the LOTR movies are better movies. As a complete story they even work better than SW OT does. But Star Wars has my vote cause it is more than just a movie trilogy. The SW movies are more fun to watch than LOTR I would say, they work on more levels. It is a kids movie and at the same time it is a timeless story which can teach lessons to everyone of all ages. It has elements of the greatest myths and legends of our world told in a way no one had ever seen before. It changed movies forever, it started the trend of the summer blockbuster, it changed movie making with new leaps in technology still used today. Its become such a pop culture icon that it is part of our world now, everyone knows what the force is, everyone knows Vader. Avatar came out a year ago and it broke all records, I see how popular it is but its nowhere compared to what Star Wars is. Think about that, the biggest money maker ever and it doesn't have a fraction of the impact that Star Wars has had. I don't know when we will see anything like it again, LOTR is by far the closest someone has come but I feel the fantasy side of it was too strong for some of the population to really get behind it.

Arnold just cause he is an icon and is in movies that I personally like more. I also think he has more charisma. Stallone is the better actor by far and has been in an Oscar winning film so he has that. But yeah Arnold is king.

Greatest Beatle?
Probably going to be the minority on this one but I am going with Paul. I generally like his songs more, stuff like Hey Jude, Let it Be, Get Back, Eleanor Rigby I love. Plus I think he had a better post Beatles career but of course its not fair to judge Lennon cause he could have done more.
