I'd probably want to play a game where I have a regular job, a couple of kids, a mortgage to pay and there's permadeath.

I’d like to be in my youth, run around shooting paint all over, and be able to actually swim in it like some sort of sea creature. Man now I’m sitting here wishing that there was some kind of game like that. Would probably be pretty fun.
Also, Endless Ocean's crack of doom deep sea diving. Oh, and benign home invasion ala Deadly Premonition where people continue to go about their lives in spite of the intrusion.

For the record, no shooting mechanics would I like to have in real life. Guns are for putting down sick livestock and nothing else so far as I am concerned. (and the occasional copy of Too Human).

Let's say there were no restrictions, imagine laws didn't exist and that people respawn. What cool/weird/exciting move, moment or rampage would you love to just do in real life?
For me, if I wasn't scared about dying I'd like to snowboard off some mountains pulling off sick moves while fireworks go off in the background. Or go on a GTAIV like rampage in a stolen tank.
