I want to try DKC Returns later tonight, but for now, all I'm playing is God of War Ghost of Sparta.

And I'm going to make a better effort to play through my Wii games. I have yet to play through SMG and SMG2, I still need to finish GoldenEye, and I want to try and get through the Metroid Prime games. I also need to continue my Arc Rise Fantasia game and dedicate some more time to Rune Factory.

I've noticed that I have these really good Wii games and I haven't really spent too much time with them. I need to change that.

Last week, frustration got the better of me, and I put REmake in the "to-sell" category of my games. Well, I decided to give it another go, on easy mode this time. I'm actually enjoying it now. I just electrocuted a large "monster"

I also bought a few more GCN games yesterday, and have been playing a bit of each to make sure they all work.

• Red Faction 2 - Never played a Red Faction game before, but it looked like it could be a good FPS. Only played a couple minutes of it; seems cool so far.
• Beyond Good & Evil - Rented it years ago, couldn't get into it at the time. Figured I'd give it another go. Played about an hour of it today, and I got into it immediately. Don't know what was wrong with me last time.
• Eternal Darkness -  Borrowed this from a friend years ago, never finished it, and can't remember why. It's fairly uncommon to find a complete copy locally, so I grabbed it.
• Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes - I rented this one years ago too, after playing Splinter Cell on Xbox. It plays completely different, and I just could not get into it at the time. Since it was a rental, I didn't have a manual or the original box at the time, which I have found out last night, are pretty much required to play this game. There's no real in-game tutorial, so the manual explains the controls, which I never would have figured out on my own. Also, there's a puzzle-ish part early on that I couldn't figure out involving a "package" with a code I needed. I must have spent 30 minutes running all over the place looking for this damned "package" before I gave up and checked Gamefaqs. *facepalm* Konami are bastards! I'm having fun with the game now. Played about two hours of it so far.

Normally I would not buy so many games at once, but good GCN games are becoming more and more scarce locally, and Ebay prices for most of these games are insane.

I enjoyed Red Faction over the sequel. BGE I've tried to play thrice. I always get up to this point where I just don't know what to do next (and don't care enough to FAQ it).  It's one of "those" games where I know I am supposed to like it, I can see why people like it, but just never clicks into place for me.  Psychonauts also falls into this category.
