My right eye's been twitching like crazy this past week. It's been really annoying and even getting me paranoid as if I'm going blind or something.

It could be stress, lack of sleep, etc. But I think it's because I've been playing way too much games lately.

I never had this problem before. I played a lot of games during a week stretch in the past. But for some reason, it's been acting up recently. It's probably because of the graphics some of these games have. You know all the lights, bloom, shadows, special effects, etc.

The biggest culprit is probably Modern Warfare 2. I've been playing this game almost every day and night, non-stop. Maybe I should hang up the perks and guns for awhile and give it some rest. Getting Borderlands, Tekken 6, and Dragon Age doesn't help either, LOL!

It's just so hard to stop playing when I'm so addicted! Oh well. Health is more important so I guess I have to do myself a favor and relax.

Anyway, just thought I share that.

Also, try not to get semen in your eyes. That's always helpful.

I've had that before too. I guess good sleep and having breaks to relax your eyes helps.

I used to have that fairly frequently... I guess my eyes kind of adjusted to being in front of a computer constantly, because now I don't have that problem any more. Now my eyes just get progressively more bloodshot the longer I sit here.

Play with the lights on.

P.S Didn't anyone tell you doing 'that' too much will make you blind?

I've had that when I've been on minimal sleep + life issues.  Wouldn't hurt to put the controller down and go for a walk a few days a week.

As for me, I'm in the reverse situation right now, I've been doing too much non-gaming and my body is ravaged as a result.  (so it can go both ways -- too much of anything is detrimental).
