Other audio advice needed.

So I set up the secondary gaming rig with the laptop running linux and Steam big picture. Works a dream. However, how do I out put audio from such a setup (pc to TV)?

The laptop itself is limited. The  TV is  wall mounted, so basically impossible to wire.

I am thinking a USB output to bluetooth speakers?

You should be getting audio to the TV through the HDMI, select HDMI as the audio output on your laptop.

Are you kidding me!  I'll give that a try.
